Measurement and Calibration Uncertainties
Every measurement lies within certain limits. “The Measurement Uncertainty” is defined as an interval around the estimated value, between which the true value is expected to lie.
A measurement result whose accuracy is entirely unknown is worth nothing. The suitability of a measurement result for specific industrial application is only possible if the uncertainty is known. Uncertainty is therefore the quality attribute of the measurement value.
S&Q Mart has wide knowledge and long years of experience in estimation of uncertainties in measurement, calibration, testing and analytical measurements and providing consulting and training services.
