Initial Audit(Stage1): Stage 1 Audits are performing according to risk groups (Highest Risk Groups and High Risk Groups). By the means of visiting and/or calling companies by phone, S&Q MART CERT auditors are performing Stage1 audits at least 1 week earlier than certification audit. These audit's goal is determining if the company satisfy the requirements of the ISO9001 standart. Phases of the audit are;

• Opening meeting (if onsite visit came true)
• Company tour (if onsite visit came true)
• Interview with top management, > examining document systems,
• Reporting of non-conformities and comments after audit result
• Determining time for certification audit
• Closing meeting (if onsite visit came true)
• If non conformities found in audit company may improve these insufficiencies

Certification Audit(Stage2):
Certification audits are performed in company headquarter and company sites (if they exist). They are planning after stage 1 audits.

• Opening meeting
• Performing audit program
• Evaluation breaks of auditors who are evaluating audit findings
• Closing meeting
• Planning surveillance audits
